Where can I purchase Octane Seating?

In order to ensure that you receive the appropriate advice and recommendations necessary in purchasing our furniture, we have set up relationships with authorized Octane dealers. These dealers can be found across North America and sell both online and in-store. Please contact us for a complete list of our Authorized Dealers.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Refunds or exchanges must be processed through the retailer from which the item was originally purchased. Octane Seating does not offer refunds or exchanges to individual consumers. For more information on this please contact the retailer who sold you the product. Warranty claims must also be submitted through the original retailer.

Can you provide me pricing information?

Octane Seating does not provide pricing information to the consumer. The reason for this is that advertised, quoted, or printed pricing is determined by your local or online retailer.

How can I find out about the status of my order?

The retailer where you purchased your furniture is independently owned and operated. We do not have access to our retailer’s order management system, therefore you must contact your retailer to obtain tracking information and order status.

Can I order replacement parts from you?

Replacement parts whether covered under warranty, or not, must be ordered through the original retailer from which you purchased the furniture.

Which type of leather is best for me?

This depends entirely on the circumstances in which you intend to use your furniture. If you have children or pets, we recommend the use of our Ultra Suede which wipes clean with soapy water. Our grade 1000 – 2000 series leathers are also excellent for active use as they are protected with a wax finish for added durability. Our 3000 series leathers are going to be the most soft and supple, and are designed for gentle use. These are also the softest of all our leather options. How do I care for my furniture?

As each seating upholstery is different, we ask that you take a look here at our Warranty page which offers a section on product care.

Does Octane Seating take custom orders?

Octane has both custom and in stock models to accommodate different needs and requirements. The in stock models cannot be custom made, however all custom models can be fully customized. We can even manufacturer theater seats based off your own technical specifications. Please contact or visit an Authorized Octane Dealer to get more information.

Where can I get an Octane Seating catalog?

This website features all of the Octane Seating products and accessories that we offer. If you want to view them, please visit your nearest Authorized Octane Seating dealer or view them on their online stores.

Can Octane Seating sell directly to the public?

Octane Seating does not sell directly to the public. We are setup to sell our products through our Authorized Octane Seating Dealers who are entrusted to provide the best in customer service. Please contact us for a full list of our Authorized Dealers.
